My mother is having mexican tile put in her kitchen by her brother-in-law and would like to have it on her front porch and breezeway. The kitchen is almost done but he doesn't want to do it in the other areas because he's been told it's too high maintenance. Is this true or is he just trying to get out of a bigger job?
