We are keeping four of my boys' FFA chicken project because mom wants fresh eggs. We currently have the chickens in a huge dog pen with a really old homemade chicken house. I want a nice design that makes it easier to feed, water, and gather eggs (our chickens have not started producing eggs). We have to keep the chickens in our fenced in yard because of wild dogs and other wild animals. Small and easy designs would be great. My boys and I have to build anything we do because Dad refuses to help!
