Lennox Furnace Clearances to Combustible Material

Hi, John K in Sunny B.C.

Clearances for the Lennox G8Q3-105-3 to combustibles.
Sides 1"
Back 1"
Front 24" Minimum (for servicing the unit)
Top (Furnace requirements say 1") But Natural Gas and Propane Installation Code (Published in January 2000 by CSA International, 178 Rexdae Boulevard, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, M9W 1R3
says
Top (Supply Air Plenum) 3"

Floor (Approved for combustible flooring)
Vent Single walled aluminum pipe to combustibles 6"

** Combustible Clearances will be so marked on the furnace nameplate (Remove the upper door panel and left or right of the burners you will notice this rating plate on the furnace)
