I have had my Neptune Washer for 5 years. It started growing mold the first week and has been stinky ever since. I scrub the mold and it grows back worse. I even soak up the extra water in the washing bin reservoir and use bleach. Nothing works. I paid $1200 for this washer and now it stains my clothes with black mold.
I found the class action suit for New Jersey buyers. Is there one for California or Nation-wide?
