Verticle cracks can be fixed from the inside with a urathane injection The urathane gets injected into crack and is "set off" with water creating a seal that is continous and the full 8" thickness of the wall it is also flexible so not to "break" when the concrete moves rather than a few thousand you will spend around 800-1000 rob
