Hi I have a summer home in Bushkill PA. I have a 5'Crawl spce under the house. I have a real moisture problem. It is a dirt floor and fiber glass insulation on the ceiling. The walls are cinderblock and everything is dripping with water. Should I cover the floor? what should I use? should i leave the four outside vents open or closed? Should I cover the insulation and beams? what should I use?
