Setting ceramic tile on a plywood floor is not wise. Expect the grout to crack - first - and then the tile. Usual practice is to lay 1/2" backerboard over the plywood.
I prefer 1/2" Hardibacker because it is so much easier to work with than the cement backers. You set it in a bed of latex modified thinset and screw it down every 8" each direction. Use the same thinset to set the tile.
