In my local, I have solid clay which retains the water, I would consider them ruined.
Just for starters...
How much rain did you get
what is the type of soil
how deep were the footings
how much water was on top of them?
Did you fill the holes with any crushed rock
What type of concrete did you use?
How much weight is going to be on the footings?
