1. Cover the earth with +6 mil plastic with 12 inch over laps to stop moisture evaporation from the soil. Sprinkle enough gravel on the plastic to lay flat.
2. Close the vents outside vents to stop outside moisture from entering the space.
3. Monitor the %Rh with a %RH meter. Must be less than 60%RH in crawlspace and living space to prevent musty odors from mold.
