The foundation contractor was pouring the slab for my home when the rain caught him. He was able to pour the beams and up to within two inch of finsih grade over the entire slab area. He is proposing to coat the current unfinished slab with a concrete adhesive and pour to the finished grade with a concrete with a higher strength. Is this acceptable?
