We just had a window replaced and their customer service is the WORST I have ever received. They brag they have top of the line but are incredibley poor in handling any problems that you have. You never talk to the same same person -- and while they try to tell you what you want to hear -- they do not follow through...
The only thing they care about is their bottom line-- not the customer. BEWARE if you have problems... I 'd go with another company...I have been been jostled around by so many people before. We plan to remodel and WILL NOT use Anderson again -- and will tell anyone in the window market not to use them...
