I live in an older house and our central heat and air ducts are under the house. Cement foundation. The problem is that about two days ago we heard a bubbling noise and realized it was coming from the vents, there is water in them. This is clear water, not muddy or dirty or anything. Someone told me there was a crack in my foundation there fore letting water seep through. HELP ITS HOT!!!!!!
