We purchased a neptune washer/dryer combo about 3 years ago. We had the repairman out to the house 3 times while still under warranty.(once after the first week) Door didn't lock, door seal leaked, water didn't drain. I'm having a problem again with the water not draining. I'm not happy with this product. The old Maytag washer we had ran without any problems for many years. The US auto industry lost my business years ago due to consumer neglect and the US appliance industry seems to be next.
