I've been quoted a price of $188 per square for asphalt shingle roof...one stort cottage...not steep...gable end design. All material including drip edge...three pieces of ridge vent...two boots for roof pipes...and if needed any sheathing that needs replaced. Is this within the range being charged across the country ? I line in West Virginia.
