My GE dryer is not keeping time. It dries the clothes fine but I have to open the door to turn it off. I first noticed this after a corner of a washcloth got stuck in the front,left side of the dryer. I yanked the washcloth loose and then put another load of laundry in the dryer. I noticed that the dryer was still going after a long while. And the dial hadn't moved. If I set it on "Dewrinkle" it will keep time. If I set it on "More Dry", start the dryer, and then give the dial a little push towards "Less Dry" it sometimes will keep time. I've had washcloths get stuck in same spot twice since then. I'm not sure if this is what caused the problem, but it seems like it is. Could somebody help me figure out what the problem is? Thanks!
