That is only part of a model number. The only reliable place to find the complete model number is on the appliance's model and serial number tag. You can read tips for locating the model and serial number tag on your appliances in the 'Repair Parts' section of my site linked below.

On a 'timed' cycle or on an 'auto' or 'permanent press' setting?
On a timed cycle, if the timer's motor is getting power but not advancing, the timer is likely defective and needs to be replaced. If the timer's motor is NOT getting power, the timer's wiring circuit would have to be traced to see what may be stopping the power.
On an auto or permanent press setting any number of things could cause the timer to not advance. For that we'd need the exact model number of the dryer to see which components it has which might be responsible.
