I also have a problem with my garage door. The breaker went out and I tried to correct problem without siccess. I am able to hold down the button on the wall until it closes but I cannot use my remotes or hit the wall button once and get it to close. The light blinks but unable to close. I cleaned the eye and it still does it. I do not have owner's manual just moved into house recently. PLEASE HELP!!! e-mail address: katinfla@netzero.net
