I have a power flush toilet like the ones that are in schools and when I turnrd the main off in the house the toilet stopped working I changed the handle,the diafram or whatever you call the rubber peirce under the large nut and I still cant seem to get it to work I turned the set screw both ways but nothing seems to work I am clueless thank you in advance
