Sink Faucet Problem

I have a problem with a sink faucet. It is only with the hot water (two valves 1 for Hot 1 for Cold). When I turn on the hot water it might run for a minute or two and then the pipe shakes and then the water will stop. Sometimes the water will slow down to a trickle, etc. This is a new house…so it isn’t an old faucet. Any ideals what it could be and the best way to fix it? Any help would be appreciated!
