ther's something in the vertical pipe - rock, washer whatever.

turn water on hi it goes to top and wedges - turn water off and it drops drops down - at a slow dribble, water probably works fine.

solution - disconnect faucet - put rubber hose on pipe and flush it into a bucket.

I've gotten brass screws, rocks and pieces of rubber washers in flushing out pipes.
