Something in my memory says that I found evidence of a previous suit against Hurd while desperately searching for help--I don't know who was involved in it, but obviously none of us who have posted on this site were! I am really surprised Hurd is still in business. When the local dealer came for a look, unable to see out to the backyard, he said, "Well, this isn't so bad!" Apparently, Hurd trains their reps well. Good luck to anybody who wishes to pursue this avenue, but I fear it is a dead end--guess they have some great contract writers--hire them for your next scam.--Ann
