the house has a crawlspace and had a water leak for a long time. The wood is black stained no visable signs of other groth such as mold. The wood is solid not split or cracked. They have a window fan in the opening of crawlspace vents are open.
What do we use to eleminate the odor from comming up throgh the floor.
