Roof is on a mobile home. Roof is practically flat. Shingles a grey composition.When windy, the shingles blow back exposing the under shingles. It appears the advesive strip under the shingle is not bonding to the next layer shingle. Any ideas on how to prevent the roof from lifting in a wind.?
