You can find a good selection of 10" rough-ins at American Standard, Kohler and Eljer web-sites. If you want to stick with a big-box store, they will order them for you if they don't carry. Home Depot offers any toilet @ 25% off retail.
I'm looking for a 15" rough-in for an 85 year-old bathroom but have had no luck.
