Is there soemthing that will remove paint from a concrete/brick porch? I have powerewashed the porch and that got rid of some of the paint but not much of it. I want to repaint it. Will it be OK to paint over the old paint? Also, I am having my house sided. Should I paint the porch first or wait to do it after the house is finished?
