I'm having a new track house built. When I get a chance I go over to the site of the house being built. When I do a walk through, i noticed that the foundation concrete cement has chunks of cement missing in several rooms. I also checked all the windows that were installed. Not one window will lock, unless one person holds the frame of the window up to where the lock meets the proper connection then it will lock. I know when the house is finish there is a walk through to check everything that needs to be fixed. Won't it be easier to fix the windows now than later when the house is complete? Please advise ASAP.
