everybody is going to contradict this but this worked great for me:spray with silicone spray and rub into the crucial areas with your fingers.even the the pop up stationary type spray the stem and rub into will keep them from sticking when they go to close. p.s.my buddy said ah that won't work.that was about 5 years ago and i never had another problem.try it it can't hurt.
