that would depend on whether the tile was applied with adhesive or thinset mortar. the fastest way with adhesive is to use heat gun to loosen tile and pry up with wide putty knife.
if mortar, hammer and wide chisel, after smashing first tile to get access to floor, use the chisel to strike the area of the floor-tile joint. if you are lucky, the tile will pop up with one or two blows. HINT, use the heaviest hammer you have to strike the chisel as the impact is what does the work for you . ***if all else fails, rent a jackhammer :o) ***
