If the corner bead edges did not completely imbed in the compound, the best thing to do is to cut out the loose edge, back to the firmly embedded tape. Repair this with new compound and sand. Attempting to cover the tape at this point would leave a weak spot that would crack later. If the entire bead is lifting out of the corner, it may need to be removed or nailed into the corner at the loose spots. IMO, An inside corner drywall knife is the best way to get a neat firm corner. I have never used inside corner bead, but use a creased tape or fiberglass tape and corner knife.
