I have also had a problem with mildew. Basically SC has responded the same as CK. I am suppossed to air the matress monthly but this was never brought up when I purchased this product. When I replace this bed it will not be a SC bed but a memory foam bed that breaths. Shame on SC for selling a poorly designed product and not admitting the problem and taking resposibility.
