Not sure what you are talking about. A loft is sort of an inside balcony, typically with narrow stairs or circular stairs. As a result it is difficult getting anything the size of a queen bed up there.
Are you wanting to make some sort of a queen bed? That is a bit of a cabinetmaking project and requires some power tools like a table saw.
