I have a house with a fairly new roof that has been leaking since it was put on. Roofing co. refuses to repair. It is a gable design with comp shingles, which leads into a low pitch shed roof over the front porch. It leaks around the joint between the gable and the shed sections during heavy rain & high wind. I know the problem is that comp shingles should never have been put on a roof with such a low pitch.
Question--is there any sealant that will waterproof comp shingles on an almost flat roof?
I have already tried 5 gal of roll on roof sealant but it is still leaking.
