My Neptune washer quit working after 2 years, no longer under warrenty according to Neptune--so, do what I do, I have told MANY, MANY people, from grocery clerks, to people at the laundromat (where I have to wash my clothes again), to friends, to co-workers to STAY AWAY from the Neptune!!! People are always shocked when I tell them what a $1500 piece of junk the set is, but they believe me. I even tell the sales people at Home Depot and other places about my problems with the washer, especially if customers are there. If I see people looking at the set, I stop to tell them the problems with the machines. If Maytag has decided we are all suckers for paying big bucks for their worthless washer/dryer, and refuse to fix them for us, then I can sure make sure no one that I come across buys them!!
I also joined the class action suit.
