who makes the eager 1 engine?? if not Briggs & Stratton, it could be any of a half dozen or so engine manufacturer's without a specific enging make, it is hard to compare with the Briggs & Stratton. you cannot go wrong with the Briggs & Stratton engine, they are a pioneer in the small engine business and have an excellent reputation. I have seen Briggs & Stratton engins that have set unused for years that would start with only replacing stale gas with fresh.
