We are purchasing a 40 acre ranch...the house was built in 1975 and needs some rehab...the floor in approximately 1000 sq ' of the house is asbestos tile. It is in excellent condition, no breaking, cracking, etc. Can we vinyl tile over this? And if so, will that create problems should we decide to sell the house at a later time?
