i have been in contact with at least a dozen people who have received very low offers from the settlement company (less than $500) in this action. i have also heard there is a NEW class action to address these ridiculously low offers (i have estimates in the thousands of dollars to repair but my "offer" was $468). does anyone know of this new suit and how to be part of it? please email me at bonnie.d@rocketmail.com if you have any information. thanks....
