After hours of searching for a replacement globe for a Hampton Bay light fixture I finally discovered the place to call--1-877-527-0313. Be sure to have the SKU or UPC number of the fixture (they will not take the model number). The globe was a little pricey ($15 + $10 S&H= $25) but cheaper than buying 5 new globes that matched.
