Janice - did you put the liner directly on top of the existing wallpaper? The existing owner did not prime the walls and the wallpaper is stripping the paint off right down to the drywall/drywall.
Not sure if I should strip the wallpaper and line with the liner and then paint or just put the liner on top of the existing wallpaper??
