We have had a terrible sewer odor in our house for a couple of years. We have had 4 different plumbers and thousands of dollars and found nothing. Our sewer system is to believed to be ok. We had new city sewer in and plumbers have checked all PVC and everything. We had a smoke test ran and it was ok. It seems that the smell comes out of our furnace. When A.C. is ran, you can smell it at night come right out of the vents. When furnace is ran for heat, you can again smell it. I have no clue and neither do plumbers. Any suggestions is appreciated.
