Who knows of 'ANYthing' which is, or serves as, an effective 'cat repellant'? My sister's cats have recently started to pee on the couch cushion top-edge and even on 2 different tables!(12yo--a vet visit showed lack of any bladder infection) This may have started due to stress, when her master bedroom suite was painted... ??
--also desire info re:something to discourage them from going downstairs, when the door is inadvertently left open(spray??).
