Poly Pipes are Leaking

I live in Alabama in a mobile home placed on this spot in 1993. It was inspected when I bought it and declared OK, but it does have poly butyl pipe. I am having problems with those pipes right now.Is there a way for me to have the pipe replaced at no charge to me? Is there a lawsuit that should contain my name? Please advise.
