We live near Sacromento, CA. It does not rain around here during the summer months. I have photos of the truss dripping wet from the winter rains.
Thanks for all your support and information. This does make me feel better about the situation. However, we will still most likely sell the house.
My wife now does not feel comfortable living in the home any longer. Her hard work of painting the walls and decorating have deminished. She now has to start over again due to the fact that we will have to purchase more paint and start over. She believes that the builder should by the paint we added to the walls, but they do not think so.
Basically, we are done with the builder and the company. It has been a horrible situation since day 1 of this process. It has not just been the builder, but the entire company. They have been unprofessional on all levels.
Again thanks for all your support. We will work through our mess.
