I would be disinclined to paint tile, as I have serious doubts about the longevity of the finish, however, just this week I saw an ad for a product for tile made by Rust-Oleum, called Rust-Oleum Tub & Tile. I have no idea how well it works. You might check it out at rustoleum.com.
