it is not that simple. first thing is to measure the height of the window top. is it the same height as existing doors in the house? if so, is the window a standard width measured inside the frame, ie. 24, 28, 32, 36 inches? if yes, then you can use a standard off the shelf door. after relocating the elctrical box ( use a gfci outlet at the box feeding the relocated box), you will ned to remove all framing, drywall and sheathing/siding at the bottom of the window, but do not cut the plate at the bottom yet. also remove the 2 short side framing pieces (cripple stud) and replace with new studs going frome the plate to the header, nailing several places into the existing studs. now you cut the plate flush with the new cripple studs. procede with the door installation per the manufacturer's instructions included with the new door. you will need a helper when installing the new door.
