thanks tomh~definately have to be careful with bleach. When I was first out on my own I had this crazy idea of putting bleach in my dish water, I used Dawn soap, (I was thinking of the vinegar in the rinse water~boy was I way off). The chemical reaction was enough for me to have to go in to the hospital. Did some burn damage to my lungs...even now just putting bleach in the laundry will sometimes make things very difficult for me and painful too.
Two of my children could possibly have reaction to the mold. They want to play down in the basement because it is cooler than upstairs. That's the main reason I want to get it cleaned up. None of the windows open but there is a door that goes to the attached garage. There is my dryer vent also. Maybe I can rig something up with that and my small fan ~ what do you think?
I'm with you on the gloves, and the brush on a pole. We have one that we use on the windows and bulk head of the semi. That should work perfect.
Am definately staying away from the areas with bare wiring ~ not even getting close. No way! And a while back I posted about the condensation and moisture in the basement. Said I needed humidity at or below 50% and that one regular dehumidifier would not be enough. So looking for other avenues on that idea.I will be sure to let you know when I do tackle this and how things go for me.
My appreciation as always,
AJ
that is pretty bad that the moisture messes up my camera too huh? LOL
