I just mixed up a batch of the vinegar, hot water & fabric softner (I used Downy) and I have just gotten off more of this wallpaper border in an hour than I have in the past two months, using many other chemicals. I was at the point where ripping down the wallboard was actually becoming a favored idea. THANK YOU - Isn't it amazing that no matter how much you spend on things the good ole home remedies are the best!! THANK YOU!!
