sounds to me like you are trying to use the bathroom befor the grout is sealed if you are seeing grout look wet. the grout should be moistened several times a day for 2-3 days to get the best cure. then allowed to dry for 3 days before applying sealer. what you are seeing is normal for unsealed grout. if you have been usig a shower, you have possibly contaminated the grout with soap and will not get a good seal with the sealer.
