I'll get those other quotes of course. In the meantime, though, we've been told our existing house (4000 sq ft with pool)already's maxed out at the 200 level, and what with the guest house we're building and for the future, 400 would be best. Mike, isn't the range of 3000-7000 a pretty large one? Just curious! And thanks again.
