Depends on how the floor is finished. If it's latex paint, I'd try Goof-off paint remover found in hardware stores/home centers. If that doesn't do it, try to just scrape it off as lightly as possible. If it's got a good polyurethane finish you can sometimes just scrape it off with your fingernail.
