HOW do I join this law suit!? Posted by Linda on July 17th, 2004 08:50 AM In reply to Maytag Neptune by Vicki B on July 9th, 2004 10:10 PM [Go to top of thread]
I had the repair kit put into my washer . . .(NO charge for that) And at the same time needed a new switch ($100.00) and 2 service calls. My guy said the swich NEVER goes bad . . . So, he had to order it in. I may just print all of this and slap they guy in the face with the facts if he gives the same old "You are the only one who has this problem, Never saw this before" Hmm, how dumb do they think we are? Well, as of this a.m. Washer will not spin, and have a TON of wash to be done.
I also had the overfill saga a few months back. Had to get out the door, and got out of the shower to a flood, my water ran into the basement - thank goodness! Only happened once, then all seemed fine. NOW I am worried! I too bought this with the thought of "this should do for awhile" I tell you they say buy American - I have Euro appliances in my kitchen (older then this Maytag) And NO PROBLEMS at all. May have to look at a Bosch or Miele washer next time!
Anyway, HOW do I get onboard this lawsuit!!?? Was this post helpful? Yes: or No:
